- These Terms govern your participation in this Monetag Referral Promo for Publishers.
- ‘You’ means an individual or entity holding an Account with Monetag.
- ‘Longtime’ means only the period of time until a Referred Client meets the eligibility criteria under clause 2 of Monetag Referral Program for Publishers Terms and Conditions and until you are entitled to receive a Referral Fee.
- In order for Monetag to accept your participation in the Promo and provide you with a personal referral link/URL and in order for you to have a chance to win a Prize under this Promo, the following requirements must be fulfilled at all times during the Promo:
- You must have an active and operating Account with Monetag (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Account’);
- You must provide the correct email connected to your Account when requested;
- You must promote Monetag and refer others to become Monetag Referred Clients by sharing your Referral Link;
- You must comply at all times with Monetag Terms and Monetag Referral Program for Publishers Terms and Conditions;
- Your Referred Clients must at all times meet all the eligibility criteria under clause 2 of Monetag Referral Program for Publishers Terms and Conditions;
- There are five Prizes offered under this Promo. You may win one Prize only out of the five offered, meaning that if you win one of the Prizes offered You will not be eligible to participate in the raffle/lot nor to win any of the other four Prizes.
- The Prizes offered under this Promo are additional to the 5% Referral Fee you may receive under the Monetag Referral Program for Publishers Terms and Conditions.
- Monetag Publishers whose Referred Clients do not register via the referral link/URL by June 30th 2023 and/or are not Active and/or have less earnings/profit/income than $1 by July 14th 2023 and/or do not meet at all times the eligibility criteria under clause 2 of Monetag Referral Program for Publishers Terms and Conditions, will not be eligible to win a Prize under this Promo.
- The three winners of the ‘Three Prizes of $300’ will be randomly selected through an online raffle/lot which will take place on July 17th 2023 and which will be accessible to attend for all eligible Monetag Publishers to win a Prize. All winners, including of the ‘Grand Prize: $1000’ and of the ‘Longtime 10% referral fee’, will be announced on the same date and time. The date, time, means of announcing and communicating the winners may be changed by Monetag at any time in its sole discretion.
- You hereby understand that access to this Promo and online raffle/lot requires compatible devices, and certainsoftware (including third party software) may need updates, and your access to the Promo and online raffle/lot may be affected by the performance of these elements. You must have a high speed internet connection in order to access the Promo and online raffle/lot. When accessing them through a mobile network, your network or roaming network may apply fees for data usage.
- The winners and their Prizes may be publicly announced and/or otherwise published on Monetag’s social media channels including but not limited to Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc. at any time and at Monetag’s sole discretion without any further acceptance/permission required nor prior notification to you and/or any winner.
- You hereby give Monetag an irrevocable non-exclusive right to use your email, full name, social media accounts and any other personal information provided by you under this Promo and Terms for the purposes of this Promo including for contacting you for any reason and for announcing/publication of the winners.
- The monetary amounts in Prizes under this Promo will be added as commissions to the Monetag Account (wallet) of the winners without VAT (Value Added Tax). The exact VAT applicable will be applied when paying out the said commissions to the winners.
- In any case and upon Monetag’s request, you must provide without undue delay any additional information and/or clarification which may be necessary for your participation in the Promo and/or in relation to your personal referral link/URL and/or a Referred Client and/or in order to receive a Prize.
- Monetag alone and at its own discretion defines the criteria and decides on whether to review, evaluate, accept your and/or your Referred Clients’ registration as Monetag Publishers, Your participation in this Promo and your eligibility for a Prize.
- All Prizes, requirements, eligibility criteria and all other terms applicable under this Promo are set and defined by Monetag alone and may be changed/amended/updated/terminated by Monetag at any time and at its sole discretion.
- Monetag reserves the right to refuse and/or suspend and/or stop and/or cancel your access and/or participation in the Promo and/or all raffles/lots and not give you/deprive you/take back any Prizes, at any time without explanation nor prior warning or notification.
- Monetag does not accept and/or will reject participations and/or will not provide You a Prize if at Monetag own discretion: a) You have provided email/information/data which is false, untrue, fake, illegal, “made-up” and/or b) You have/are creating duplicate accounts c) you are/were at any time and in any way in breach of Monetag Terms and/or Monetag Referral Program for Publishers Terms and Conditions and/or any terms of this Promo.
- You have no right whatsoever to argue, object, contradict, claim payment, take legal actions against Monetag in relation to a decision taken by Monetag concerning this Promo and/or the Prizes and/or any information and/or data you submit.
- You represent and warrant that you have all rights, title and interest in participating in this Promo and in the information, data you submit to Monetag and that you do not breach any third party’s rights whatsoever by doing so.
- Monetag gives no guarantee whatsoever in relation to this Promo, any Prize, any type of profit and/or earnings to you or to any Referred Client.
- Monetag has any and all rights to change and/or edit and/or amend and/or update and/or extend and/or terminate the whole or any part of this Promo and/or these Terms in any way and at any time, including after its publication, at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
- These Terms are additional to any other agreement you may have with Monetag.
